I consider myself a very fortunate man, in that I live in probably one of the best countries in the world (Australia of course) and I have a beautiful wife, two wonderful daughters and two loving grandchildren. This photo is a few years old now but I still like it.
My grandson in the picture is quite a bit older now and I also have a granddaughter.
I think I have more in life than most people could hope for, I'm not rich, except in the sense of my family, then I think that I am the richest man on earth.
This is a picture of my grandson and granddaughter and I know that no-one could ask for two more loving and delightful grandchildren.
I am indeed fortunate...
Like most people, I've worked most of my life and am retired now on a military disability pension after serving in the Vietnam War during 1971. I have always been interested in almost everything and like to learn, but unfortunately I have PTSD and it severely restricts my moods and interest in anything.
I do have a fascination with R/C planes and helicopters, but I'm too edgy to be able to fly them. I have an intense interest in computers dating back to the late seventies. In the early eighties my wife and I started selling them when we opened a video/computer store and I ended up teaching myself about computers.
I did maintain a website from 2004-2011 and it turned out to be very popular with over 4.5 million visitors, but it became too much of a hassle dealing with the web host provider, so I closed it down and started this hassle free blog on Google.
I'm hoping that this will keep my interest and not only benefit me, but others as well.
That's probably all anyone needs to know about me and I hope that anyone visiting this site will find something useful and maybe leave a nice comment or two.
No act of kindness, no matter how small, is ever wasted.
